10 minutes ride by tram to the city loop, 20 minutes to caulfield campus by bus and train
14 rooms with 2 girls in each room, plenty bathroom to share
1 tiny kitchen, a dining room and a so-called chilling living-room because it's semi outside
laundry and internet connection
