black balloon

black baloon campaign,
this is how much they care.
to all designers,
"We realize that design is a signal of intention, but it also has to occur within a world, and we have to understand that world in order to imbue our designs with inherent intelligence, and so as we look back at the basic state of affairs in which we design, we, in a way, need to go to the primordial condition to understand the operating system and the frame conditions of a planet, and I think the exciting part of that is the good news that's there, because the news is the news of abundance, and not the news of limits, and I think as our culture tortures itself now with tyrannies and concerns over limits and fear,we can add this other dimension of abundance that is coherent, driven by the sun, and start to imagine what that would be like to share."
William McDonough on 'Cradle to Cradle Design'

what i need now is,

comfort!
don't you want to have one of these??

lunch date

meet Zizi and Pat! sunday afternoon,
we had lunch nearby the sunday market, i had a delicious fish and chips!
a cup of latte later we drove to Pat's house
she has a lovely home, such a dreamy house
i love the way she hangs her pictures down the corridor
her garden is another thing and she plant her own herbs
i didn't want to go home! haha
she was so nice, she gave me a reversible brown overcoat, she bought it at an op shop
and she's going to teach me how to knit someday! yay!

the smoking goat restaurant

I really miss doing this
it's like having a magic wand
turning a rotten place to comfy,
decorates wedding in a unpredicted + unreasonable venue :D
This restaurant is located in San Diego, California
the design team is from bells & whistles
and from now on I'll be collecting frames for my future home :D
