how far?

so, i live in carnegie
it is only one station from my uni - caulfield
so, i usually go to uni by foot, it takes around 20 minutes one way
not that bad. put it as an exercise and clearing my brains out before/after lectures
one way to save transportation cost :p but i still go on trains when its too late at night, or too cold/raining/windy or just as simple as too lazy to walk :p
so, on the second day, my family are all curious on how far does it take to walk.
guess what? yes, of course complaint : too far.
well, they asked for it :p sorry guys! but at least they get to see the nice houses in the neighbourhood, right?
